UK Orders

All orders are sent from our Essex studio and warehouse. 

Our current lead-time as of 27th January is  20 Working Days excluding weekends. 

This only applies to items that have 'In Stock Item' after the product title

 Ordering a Ready Made Item? Order before 2pm Monday - Friday and we'll send your order out the same day via tracked next day delivery

• UK STANDARD:  Production Time + Delivery Time = 20 days max
  
• UK EXPRESS: Production Time + Delivery Time = 12 working days max I
  
• INTERNATIONAL: Production Time + Delivery Time = 28 days max  

Once your order is ready, we'll let you know and you'll receive tracking info from Parcel Force

Please note that any orders placed on a weekend will be processed on the Monday.

We work Monday - Friday so if ordering on a weekend, the lead-time starts from the Monday. This includes Express orders. 

Ready-Made Items

We have a selection of ready-made, ready to ship straight items. If you place your order before 2pm, we'll send out the same day. 

International Orders

As all orders are sent from the UK, there may be import tax to pay or orders outside the UK

Please note that for all countries outside the UK, the purchaser is responsible for any import or custom duty charges

Once your order is ready, we'll let you know and you'll receive tracking info from DPD, DHL or Parcel Force
