How do I return an item?

Get in touch by phone or email and we'll let you know how to return the item to us. We will arrange one of our couriers to collect from you. 

What is your returns policy?

Each piece is made to order and we therefore, can't accept returns based on not wanting the product anymore. Once you have made payment for your order, we start building. 

I​f you have a faulty item or your item brakes in the first 30 days, we'll happily fix it or send you a new one. 

How do I track my order? 

As soon as your neon sign is finished, we'll send you a shipping notification along with a tracking number so you can follow your neon on its route to you.
