Size: 

Select your sizes from the options. The size relates to largest length or width on the sign.

We design everything in proportions so that the design doesn't look stretched or squashed. 

Power source & Lead Length: 

We supply a black 12v Uk power lead with every order. 

2m of transparent cable connects to an additional 2.3m of black lead (transformer and plug), allowing you to hang your neon piece wherever you like.

UK ORDERS

All orders are sent from our Essex studio and warehouse. 

Our current lead-time is 10-14 Working Days Standard and 7 Working Days Express excluding weekends.   

UK STANDARD EXAMPLE:  Production Time + Delivery Time = 14-16 working days

Once your order is ready, we'll let you know and you'll receive tracking info from DPD LOCAL   

Please note that any orders placed on a weekend will be processed on the Monday.  

We work Monday - Friday so if ordering on a weekend, the lead-time starts from the Monday. This includes Express orders.  

READY-MADE ITEMS

We have a selection of ready-made, ready to ship straight items. If you place your order before 2pm, we'll send out the same day to arrive the next day.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

As all orders are sent from the UK, there may be import tax to pay or orders outside the UK  

Please note that for all countries outside the UK, the purchaser is responsible for any import or custom duty charges  

Once your order is ready, we'll let you know and you'll receive tracking info from DPD, DHL or Parcel Force
