Returns & refunds

If you’ve received your item and it is either: 

• Damaged upon arrival
• Faulty
• The product differs from the original specifications 

 We will arrange an exchange or refund, at our discretion within 14 days of you receiving your order. 

 If your item has been sent to production and you change your mind and simply no longer want the purchased item, we will only refund 50% of the amount paid. This is inline with Government guidance. 

 If your design is from our preset catalogue we may exchange the item for something of the same value on our site, at our own discretion. 

 If you are returning an item, please ensure it is in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.  

We offer a one year warranty with all our signs.
