Our lead-time can vary from month to month, depending on our workload.

Are you a drop-shipping company?
Absolutely not. There are many companies out there who drop ship but we aren’t one of them.
Whilst some of our products get made off site, all our products are finished off, tested and dispatched from our Essex studio.
We believe that if you are buying a product, the person/company you bought it from should have at least tested it and made sure it is up to scratch.
What is your warranty period?
We offer a 12 month warranty with every sign. If you have any issues outside of this period, please get in touch as we will still do our best to help.
How big is the team?
