UK ORDERS

UK ORDERS All orders are sent from our Essex studio and warehouse. 

Our current lead-time is 10-14 Working Days Standard and 7 Working Days Express excluding weekends.   

UK STANDARD:  Production Time + Delivery Time = 14-16 working days

Once your order is ready, we'll let you know and you'll receive tracking info from DPD LOCAL   

Please note that any orders placed on a weekend will be processed on the Monday.  

We work Monday - Friday so if ordering on a weekend, the lead-time starts from the Monday. This includes Express orders.  

IN STOCK ITEMS

 We have a selection of ready-made, ready to ship straight items. 

If you place your order before 2pm, we'll send out the same day.

INTERNATIONAL 

As all orders are sent from the UK, there may be import tax to pay or orders outside the UK  

Please note that for all countries outside the UK, the purchaser is responsible for any import or custom duty charges
